The annex is never rented independently, ensuring complete privacy for every stay.

From the moment you enter, Seabreeze opens to sweeping views of the water. A dramatic wall of 10’ x 40’ windows fills the home with natural light while framing the sparkling wraparound pool, cascading waterfall, and the turquoise harbour beyond. At the center of the villa, the spacious Great Room brings everyone together with a sleek chef’s kitchen and breakfast bar, an extendable dining table that seats up to twelve, and a comfortable media lounge perfect for relaxed evenings indoors.

Seabreeze is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Just steps from the water, the wraparound pool with its gentle waterfall and sun deck invites long afternoons in the sun. A waterfront gazebo and lounge area create the perfect setting for swimming, sunbathing, casual barbecues, or sunset cocktails overlooking the harbour.

For guests arriving by boat, the private dock accommodates vessels up to 120 feet, with dockage, power, and water available (fees apply).
