FAQ

How does the booking process work?

Once there is expressed interest in a property, the home owner needs to sign off on dates and renters, our team will respond by the end of the day but please allow up to 3 business days to complete this process. Once approved contracts must be signed and a 50% down payment must be submitted in order to secure the booking. Concierge services will then coordinate details to ensure an optimal experience.

Why are some homes locked?

In order to protect the privacy and exclusivity of some of our home owners, certain properties require a password in order to be accessed and viewed. Please call the number provided or fill out the form to obtain access to these properties.

How does the concierge service work? (process from booking to arrival)

Once booking is secured, our concierge team is available for direct contact. While we prefer to work directly with the individuals who will be staying at the property, we are willing work with a representative if the client prefers. Once a line of communication has been established, we can begin securing airport transportation, pre-stocking, guest preferences, reservations, staff, equipment rentals, day-trips, guest services, medical requests or any other needs the renters may have. Concierge services will be available throughout the duration of their stay.

Is there a travel agent commission?

Agent Commission varies on a case to case basis from 5-10%.

Are all inclusions the same across all properties?

Included services and amenities vary by property and can be found on the individual listings.

What is the payment structure?

Upon approval renters must submit a 50% down payment. The remaining 50% along with security deposit is due 30 days before arrival date. If a booking is submitted within less than 30 days of the arrival date, full payment with security deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellation requests must be submitted 60 days prior to arrival date for a full refund, otherwise the down payment will be forfeited.

How to get approved for rental?

In order to be approved, renters must submit intended dates and details of guests including party size, ages, and preferably names of all guests.

What is the contract process?

Once guests have been approved, a contract will be sent directly to the renter for signature. As we have stated, the down payment is due at this time and payment instructions are provided on the contract. A wire confirmation is expected within 72 hours of contract submission.

Who is responsible for resolving issues during stay?

This varies on a case to case basis, most issues can be resolved by on-site staff, and overseen by our concierge service. Our direct line is also available to assist our guests.
