Located on the wild coast of Seyne-sur-Mer, not far from Toulon, this property built at the end of the 19th century was completely renovated in 2020 to provide comfort and modernity while preserving its Asian orientalist heritage. It sits on a landscaped acre, dotted with pine trees, olive trees and yukas and a superb infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean.

The numerous terraces with varied orientations allow you to enjoy the sun all day long. This 6,500 sqft. property offers remarkable living spaces: large reception rooms with sea views, professional kitchen and 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Sailing or motor boats, kitesurfing, windsurfing, water skiing, wakeboarding, foiling... Sail on turquoise and translucent waters between Toulon, Saint Mandrier, the peninsula of Giens and Porquerolles.

HIKING

On foot or by bike, discover the historic district of Tamaris, walk along the coast to Cap Sicié, admire the view from Notre-Dame du Mai... Turquoise sea on one side, rocky hills strewn with pine trees on the other, the region offers breathtaking views.
