In the center of a 2-hectare private park, facing the magnificent Cap de Creus nature reserve, protected by a pine forest, and surrounded by the sea- this iconic villa offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and a calm, preserved environment. It benefits from direct access to the sea, yet offers the utmost in privacy. A spectacular infinity pool, pool house and summer kitchen overlook the sea.

Built in 1962 by a famous American architect, the house has been completely renovated to combine modernity, simplicity and high-level comfort. The house's interior design combines the Californian style of the 50s with Catalan Mediterranean influences. With its cubist lines, this exceptional property is a source of inspiration for a whole generation of architects in Spain.

Villa Cadaqués also offers a wide range of sporting activities such as boating, kayaking, diving, hiking or cycling in exceptional surroundings, as well as cultural activities (the beach is a 3-minute walk away, the Salvador Dali house-museum is a 5-minute walk away, and Cadaqués town center is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive away).

    Discover the beauty of hidden grottos and secluded coves where time seems to stand still. Accessible only from sea by kayak or boat, they are a source of calm and serenity.

    Cadaqués is a paradise for nature lovers. Incredible landscapes, vineyards and olive groves, medieval villages and sea views... Exploring the area by bike or mountain bike is the best way to take in the beauty of this region.
