Housekeeping

The White Palm Villa provides daily housekeeping service so our guests can relax and enjoy their vacation.

Our passionate housekeeping team is very meticulous when it comes to cleaning and our house will be immaculate upon your arrival. Two valued members of our cleaning staff will come every day and make sure that all suites, bathrooms and living areas are cleaned.

Maintenance

Our maintenance team inspects all major equipment on a daily basis. They identify potential maintenance issues before they escalate to ensure the house runs smoothly at the highest level. While our maintenance team is capable of fixing a majority of problems, we also work with local contractors that are just a phone call away.

We believe in prevention and are practicing it as a way of life. Our Miami team plays a crucial role when it comes to the quick procurement of equipment and special parts that are not available on the island. In most cases, the parts can be purchased in Miami and on our corporate plane to arrive in Eleuthera the same day.

Fitness with Trainer

Tamara has been teaching fitness classes on Harbour Island for over 12 years. She offers a range of classes and services to visitors and residents. Beach yoga, beach boot camp, Pilates, sunset classes, group workouts, dance fit, circuit training and more!


Property Management

Our property manager and his team consistently deliver outstanding service, earning recognition as the best on the island from our clients.

To ensure a seamless arrival, the property manager will greet you at the dock upon your arrival in Harbour Island and personally escort you to The White Palm Villa. Once at the house, he will provide a quick tour, helping you get acquainted with the property and its luxurious amenities. On your departure day, he will escort you back to the dock for a smooth transfer to Eleuthera.

Each day, the property manager will be on-site to address your needs promptly and supervise the rest of the The White Palm Villa team. His primary mission is to ensure your stay is free from issues, resolving any that arise swiftly. While he does not act as a concierge—such as making restaurant reservations—his attentive presence enhances the unparalleled experience of staying at this exquisite Harbour Island rental, where every detail is designed for your comfort.

Chef Service

Chef Beric cooks for the owner of The White Palm Villa whenever he visits Harbour Island. When he's not cooking for the owner and his friends, Chef Beric is serving guests at The White Palm Villa.
