Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required and typically returned within 15 to 21 days of departure, provided no damage occurs – this will be used for food and beverage purchases that are not paid for by the renter ( eg,... If our accounts at the local stores are used, we will itemize the bill and deduct from deposit.

Recently completed after an extensive three-year "ground up" renovation, this property displays island living and exclusivity. Guests can relax by the private pool or take advantage of the villa's own dock, which provides direct access to explore nearby islands by boat.

For an unforgettable experience, book the boat in advance to swim with the famous pigs. Conveniently located just a 3- to 4-minute golf cart ride from the vibrant heart of Dunmore Town, guests can easily access The Coral Sands Beach Club and enjoy local dining at restaurants like The Landing, The Rock House, DaVine, Thai'd, and Acquapazza.

The Pink Sands Villa, situated at the prime spot on Harbour Island, boasts an exclusive elevation right above its private beach, making it a one-of-a-kind location. Adorned with exquisite Marble, Ipe, and Mahogany throughout, the property showcases an unparalleled level of detail rarely found in the area. Comprising five modern yet authentically Bahamian-styled buildings, this estate is a true standout. The main house is spacious, stylish, and carries a distinct ‘global traveler vibe’, featuring a kitchen that seamlessly merges futuristic elements with Bahamian aesthetics. Above the gym and yoga studio, the Guest House offers two remarkably large rooms with stunning Ipe floors, connected by a galley kitchen for convenience. The Master suite, known as a ‘super suite’, impresses with a grand ‘spa-like’ marble bathroom, a spacious bedroom, and a secluded ‘snor-a-torium’—an extraordinary retreat from guests, blending modern design and Bahamian influences flawlessly. The Pool House isn’t just a pool area; it’s a multifunctional space serving as a bar, dining area for all meals, and a productive daytime workspace equipped with fast and widespread Wi-Fi.
