Honeycomb Villa comprises a three bedroom, three and a half bath main house, a two bedroom, one bath guest cottage, and a dockside boathouse. From the moment you pass through the gated entrance at Honeycomb Villa, you will feel as though you have stepped into a magical dream world of lush gardens and relaxed island style. Wander the grounds to take in gorgeous harbour views framed by yachts, local fishermen, and unforgettable sunsets. Tie up at the 82 foot private dock, relax beside the dockside pool, and enjoy the very best of Harbour Island. A loyal housekeeper is included.

The Main House centers on a spacious open plan great room with sweeping harbour views and a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with every appliance, including a six burner Blue Star gas range, Nespresso and Keurig coffee makers, a Jennair ice maker, and RO filtered water. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, direct harbour views, a private balcony, and an en suite bath. A second first floor master suite has a king bed and en suite bath, the third bedroom has twin beds and an en suite bath, and there is also a first floor powder room.

The Guest Cottage holds two bedrooms: a master with a king bed, harbour view, and en suite bath, plus a guest room with a single twin bed that connects to the master bath.

The dockside boathouse is arranged for lounging and dining and includes a kitchenette, gas grill, and pizza oven, while the patios and gardens offer plenty of additional outdoor living space.
