Villa Information

Please see below for all the information on your residence.

  1. Wifi Password: 2222222222 (Ten Two’s)

2. ipad password: 2222

3. There are ipads located in the Kitchen, Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Pod.

4. Sonos is available on all ipads and one can control music for different sections of the villa. Sonos can also be downloaded and controlled on your device.

5. All TV’s are Smart TV’s. Sign in and enjoy your favorite shows. For cable Channel Guide, click HERE

6. The pool and jacuzzi are on a schedule. If you would like to adjust the temperature, please ask the house manager, Ericka.

7. Please note that we don’t recommend drinking the tap water.

8. Nespresso machine and coffee pot are located on the outside and inside kitchen.

9. There is a Continental breakfast every morning. Consists of coffee, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal and pastries.

10. Please see the staff section for information on the staff and their shifts.

11. Butlers can be used as runners during the day to pick up anything you may need such as groceries and take-out.

  • To access the Four Seasons simply show security your guest pass and the entire cart will granted access. The gym is located by the tennis courts and can be accessed for $35. Tennis courts can also be secured ahead of time. Please reach out to your concierge, Nick Kemp, to secure a court time.

    The dining is exceptional and all information on dining can be found under the “Dining” section. Reservations can be made in person, by the butler staff or by your concierge, Nick Kemp.

    Beach and pool chairs can be secured upon arrival. Additionally, butlers can go ahead of time to ensure they are set up upon your arrival.

  • The Atlantis is great for kids during the day and Adults during the evening. The vast amount of dining options can be found in the “Dining” section.

    There is a designated golf cart parking lot just to left of the security gate, which either the Butlers or Ericka can show you.

    Wrist bands to gain access to the water park can be secured free of charge by those who hold a guest pass. Unfortunately, those who do not have a guest pass, cannot get a wrist band. There is a specific desk you must go to get the wrist bands via guest passes which the Butlers can show you as well.

Villa Guidelines

We ask to please follow the below guidelines.

  1. No Smoking inside and no smoking near the villa while the doors are open.

  2. Please no sand in the house. There is an outdoor shower behind the kitchen to rinse off.

  3. Please use coasters.

  4. Please do not sit on furniture if wet.
