There are ipads located in the Kitchen, Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Pod.

Sonos is available on all ipads and can control music for different sections of the villa.

All TV’s are Smart TV’s. Sign in and enjoy your favorite shows.

The pool and jacuzzi are on a schedule. If you would like to adjust the temperature, please ask the house manager, Ericka.

Please note that the tap water is not drinkable.

Coffee machine and coffee pot are located on the outside kitchen bar.

There is a Continental breakfast every morning. Consists of coffee, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal and pastries.

Please see the staff section for information on the staff and their shifts.

Butlers can be used as runners during the day to pick up anything you may need.

  • We had a family gathering of 8 adults celebrating a big birthday and this home fit the bill perfectly. The house is magnificient and the location even better. The beach is soft sand and the water amazingly warm. The pool is even warmer. We spent so much time outside! A well-appointed house and the coordination to get the boat transport to/from dining and shopping was perfect. I was concerned about always needing a boat to get to dinner but it was so easy. We didn't bring in a chef this time but have in the past and it worked great. It's a big house with plenty of space for everyone. Sunshine all around -- and you can see sunrise and sunset! The cruise ships are nearby but you'd never know it since the space is so private.
